Description of the charity’s trusts
Trust deed adopted on 7[th] July, 2012 Type of governing document (eg. trust deed, constitution) Declaration of Trust made on 7[th] July, 2012 by the initial trustees How the charity is constituted (eg. trust, association, company) There must be at least three (3) Trustees. Apart from the first Trustees, Trustee selection methods every Trustee must be appointed for a term of Three (3) years by a (eg. appointed by, elected by) resolution of the Trustees passed at a special meeting called under clause 15 of the deed. In selecting individuals for appointment as Trustees, the Trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the Charity. If a vacancy occurs the Trustees must note the fact in the minutes of their next meeting. Any eligible Trustee may be re-appointed. So long as there are fewer than three Trustees, none of the powers or discretions conferred by this deed or by law on the Trustees shall be exercisable by the remaining Trustees except the power to appoint new Trustees.

| We create awareness of the Christian faith through the preaching and teaching of the word of God. We distribute Christian literature to enlighten others about Christian religion. We offer a place of worship and prayer, provide pastoral care and counselling and support the relief of poverty as well as the promotion of mental health and wellbeing. We aslo offer career development and life skill training, free food bank, community engagement programs, money management and debt counselling advice. We als provide of small grants of money subject to availability of funds. |

Summary of the main A numerical increase in members led to higher donations which caused achievements of the charity increase in charity’s income substantially up to £57000 this financial year. during the year The trustees spent over £9,000 to support and sponsor community projects such as free foodbank, career development and life skill training, money management and debt counselling advice, etc. We also embarked on evangelism/outreaches resulting in new church planting in Milton Keynes and Glasgow as well as house fellowships.
