## **Description of the charity’s trusts** 

Trust deed adopted on 7[th] July, 2012 Type of governing document (eg. trust deed, constitution) Declaration of Trust made on 7[th] July, 2012 by the initial trustees How the charity is constituted (eg. trust, association, company) There must be at least three (3) Trustees. Apart from the first Trustees, Trustee selection methods every Trustee must be appointed for a term of Three (3) years by a (eg. appointed by, elected by) resolution of the Trustees passed at a special meeting called under clause 15 of the deed. In selecting individuals for appointment as Trustees, the Trustees must have regard to the skills, knowledge and experience needed for the effective administration of the Charity. **Summary of the main** A numerical increase in members led to higher donations which caused **achievements of the charity** increase in charity’s income substantially up to £57000 this financial year. **during the year** The trustees spent over £9,000 to support and sponsor community projects such as free foodbank, career development and life skill training, money management and debt counselling advice, etc. We also embarked on evangelism/outreaches resulting in new church planting in Milton Keynes and Glasgow as well as house fellowships.
