St Martin-in-the-Fields Charity works to transform the lives of homeless people across the UK through providing funding to help people into new homes, supporting frontline workers and investing in and advocating new solutions to homelessness.The Charity incorporates the former St Martin-in-the-Fields Christmas Appeal Charity (charity no. 261359) which formally merged with it on 15th April 2026
Objects: 3.1 The Objects Of The CIO Are: (A) To Relieve Either Generally Or Individually Persons Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress By Making Grants Of Money Or Providing Or Paying For Items, Services Or Facilities Calculated To Reduce The Need, Hardship Or Distress Of Such Persons; And(b) For The Public Benefit To Advance The Education Of The Public On The Subject Of Homelessness And To Promote Research In That Subject And To Publish The Useful Results.
