Patlents are revlewed by qualified doctors and prowded with good quality medicines. They have two trolley beds for day care. Shaheen cllnlc has treated 31,930 patients in the year 202(k21. In addltion, they help deseNing patients outside the cllnk e.g. help with speciallst consultstions, investigations, Medicines and sur8erie5. The Trusttts Responslbllltles Charlty law requires the trustees to prepare statements of accounts for each finarKlal year. Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of Shaheen TNst- Health for All I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 06 January 2021 which on are set out pages 4 to 6 Respertive responslbilltles of trustees and exarniner The charity's trustees arè responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The tharity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under settion 144 of the Charities Att 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It Is my respoTrsibility to: Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act; Follow the procedures laid down in the general D1ctionS given by the Charity Commission under section 145151{bl of the 2011 Act: and State whether particular rnattefs have come to my attention. Basls of Independent examinerfs report My examination was carried out in attordance with the general Dirertions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
