The trustees present their report and the financial Statements for the year ended 06 January 2021
Introdurtion
To provlde funds to a prlmary healthcare unit in a poor locallty in Sargodha Pakistan. Patlents are
revlewed by qualified doctors and prowded with good quality medicines. They have two trolley beds
for day care. Shaheen cllnlc has treated 31,930 patients in the year 202(k21. In addltion, they help
deseNing patients outside the cllnk e.g. help with speciallst consultstions, investigations, Medicines
and sur8erie5.
The Trusttts Responslbllltles
Charlty law requires the trustees to prepare statements of accounts for each finarKlal year. In
Preparin8 those financial ststementS, the trustees are required to:_
Select sultable accountlng pollcles and apply them conslstently
Make judgements and estlmates that are reax>nable and prudent
Prepare the financial statements on the going conom basls unless It is Inapproprlate to
presume that the trust wlll contlnue to opernte.
The trustees are responsible for keeplw proper accounting records which dlsclose with reasonable
accuracy at any tlme the financial position of the d)arrty arKI to enable them to ensure that the
flnanclal statements comply with ' The Charlty (Accounts arKI Audit) Re8ulatlon$ 2011.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 06 January 2021 which on are set out
pages 4 to 6
Respertive responslbilltles of trustees and exarniner
The charity's trustees arè responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The tharity's trustees
consider that an audit is not required for this year under settion 144 of the Charities Att 2011 (the
2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed.
It Is my respoTrsibility to:
Examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act;
Follow the procedures laid down in the general D1￿ctionS given by the Charity Commission
under section 145151{bl of the 2011 Act: and
State whether particular rnattefs have come to my attention.
Basls of Independent examinerfs report
My examination was carried out in attordance with the general Dirertions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any
unusual items or disclosures in the accounts. and seeking explanation5 from you as trustees
concerning any such matter5. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would
be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a
"true and fair view" and the report is limited to those rnatters set out in the statement below.
Independent examiner's ststement
In connettion with my examination. no matter has come to my attention:
which gives me reasonable cause to believe that, in any materlal respett, the requirements..
to keep accounting records in accordance with settion 130 of the 2011 Act- and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply with the
accounting requirements of the 2011 Art have not been met: or
2. to which. in my opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accounts to be reached
