The object of The Foyer Club is the advancement of the arts in South Somerset in particular through the support of local theatre.

As such we have carried over our fundraising funds in order to provide grants in future years upon receipt of applications. This is as per our policy on reserves -The Foyer Club’s funds are held in a Barclays Community account and where they are not used, they are left to accumulate whilst the charity awaits future grant applications. We have also opened an account relating to the charity for the development of the Octagon Theatre |

During the year several events have been held to raise money for the charity including Carol Concerts, Pantomime, Festival of Song, Festival of Dance and musical nights
