Report of the Trustees for the year ended 31 March 2024 Al Ihsan Foundation The Trustees present their annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024. The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the receipts and payments basis in accordance with the Charity Commission guidance Stru¢ture> governance and management The Charlty is a Trust formed by a Trust Deed dated 24th February 2013. The Trust registered wlth the Charity Commission as charity on the 16 January 2014. Trustees are legally responsible for the governance and management of the charSty. Systems and procedures have been put In place to manage the risks and to mltlgate any adverse outcomes. Trustees, responsibilities statement The trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Annual Report and the financlal statements in accordance wlth applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice). The law applicable to charities In England & Wales requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each flnancial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resources and appllcation of resources of the charity for that period. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under Section 144121 of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Actl and that an Independent examlnation Is needed.
