Objects: 1. To Relieve The Needs Of Persons Suffering From, Recovering From A Cardiac Condition, Their Families And Carers In West Sussex By The Provision Of Support, Advice And Information.2. To Advance The Education Of The Public In All Matters Relating To Cardiac Conditions.
