**Objects:** 1. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM, RECOVERING FROM A CARDIAC CONDITION, THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS IN WEST SUSSEX BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, ADVICE AND INFORMATION.2. TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO CARDIAC CONDITIONS.

**Activities:** The charity gives grants to help fund projects which further either or both of our objectives. In addition we look to directly raise awareness amongst the public about all matters relating to cardiac conditions.
