The Charity raises funds to:1. Purchase and install semi automatic defibrillators in primary and secondary schools in and around Henley-on-Thames, and2. To educate children/parents/teachers to recognise cadiac arrest, perform cpr and use defibrillators
Objects: The Following Objects Are Established For The Public Benefit:-A)to Preserve And Protect Good Health By Facilitating, Purchasing And Installing Semi-Automatic Defibrillators In Primary And Secondary Schools In Henley On Thames And The Surrounding Area; Andb)to Advance The Public’s Education In Matters Relating To Cardiac Arrest And How To Perform Cpr And Administer Defibrillators Whilst Waiting For Paramedics Response.
