**Objects:** THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ARE ESTABLISHED FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:-A)TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH BY FACILITATING, PURCHASING AND INSTALLING SEMI-AUTOMATIC DEFIBRILLATORS IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN HENLEY ON THAMES AND THE SURROUNDING AREA; ANDB)TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC’S EDUCATION IN MATTERS RELATING TO CARDIAC ARREST AND HOW TO PERFORM CPR AND ADMINISTER DEFIBRILLATORS WHILST WAITING FOR PARAMEDICS RESPONSE.

**Activities:** The Charity raises funds to:1. Purchase and install semi automatic defibrillators in primary and secondary schools in and around Henley-on-Thames, and2. To educate children/parents/teachers to recognise cadiac arrest, perform cpr and use defibrillators
