Para 1.20 | This year the focus of the charity has been working with the county council to negotiate a lease and planning permissions for the site of the proposed athletics facility. The trustees have also been updating the business plan, which has required third party contractors (Project Manager and Quantity Surveyors) to help supply accurate costings. The charity has also recruited additional trustees and appointed a new Chair, Secretary and Treasurer as well as looking to move finances to a dedicated charity bank (ongoing). |
