Pastor Nathaniel Ogundipe Pastor Kolawole Oyedele Pastor Olutoyin Taiwo There is no Chief executiv¢ officer and the day-to-day affairs of the charity are undertaken by Pastor Adekunle Adekola on behalf of th¢ trustees. All major decisions ar¢ taken collectively by the trustees and all of the trustees give of their tim¢ freely. The trustees are unpaid and details of any related party transactions are disclosed as applicable in the notes to th¢ accounts. Structure, GoverDAn¢e and Management: The Redeemed Christian Church of God - City of Truth is governed by a trust deed dated 0610812013. It was registered as a charity on 2510912013 and the charity number is 1153958. Recruitment and appointment of new trustees would be in line with the trust deed and with the consent of the trustees. Grant Making Policy: The charity is funded by donations. The charity gives out grants in line with th¢ above objects as appropriate. Achievements and Performanee: The charity received £115,926 in donations during the year and had Charitable & Governance costs of £6 I,905 leaving a Net Surplus of £54,021. There w¢r¢ no investments made during the year. Financial Review: The trustees feel that th¢ charity was successful in meeting its aims. Th¢ trustees would like to record thelr appreciation for all the fjnancial support received trom benefactors during the year. Reserves Policy: The trustees are satisfied that the balance of the unrestricted fund Rs at an acceptable level given the nature of revenue receipts against grants payabl¢.
