The Trustees have pleasure in presenting their rew)rt and the unaudited financial ststements of the
charity for the year ended 3111212024.
Trustees:
The following persons served as trustees during the year.
Pastor Nathaniel Ogundipe
Pastor Kolawole Oyedele
Pastor Olutoyin Taiwo
There is no Chief executiv¢ officer and the day-to-day affairs of the charity are undertaken by Pastor
Adekunle Adekola on behalf of th¢ trustees.
All major decisions ar¢ taken collectively by the trustees and all of the trustees give of their tim¢
freely.
The trustees are unpaid and details of any related party transactions are disclosed as applicable in the
notes to th¢ accounts.
Structure, GoverDAn¢e and Management:
The Redeemed Christian Church of God - City of Truth is governed by a trust deed dated 0610812013.
It was registered as a charity on 2510912013 and the charity number is 1153958.
Recruitment and appointment of new trustees would be in line with the trust deed and with the consent
of the trustees. The criteria set for th¢ suitable ¢andidate would be someone who is sensitive to the
needs and demands of the organisation.
Risk Review:
The trustees have assessed the risks to which the charity is exposed, in particular those related to the
operations and finances of the trust, and are satisfied that systems are in place to manage this.
Objectiv&8 and Activities:
The objects of the charity are:
l. The advancem¢nt of th¢ Christian faith worldwid¢.
2. The relief of poverty.

Public Benefit:
The trustees confirm that they hav¢ r¢f¢rred to the guidance Contained in the Charity commission's
general guidance to public b¢n¢fit and in particular to its supplementary public benefit guidance on
advanclng education when reviewing the charity's aims and objectives and in planning future activities
and setting grant making policy.
Grant Making Policy:
The charity is funded by donations. The charity gives out grants in line with th¢ above objects as
appropriate.
Achievements and Performanee:
The charity received £115,926 in donations during the year and had Charitable & Governance costs of
£6 I,905 leaving a Net Surplus of £54,021.
There w¢r¢ no investments made during the year.
Financial Review:
The trustees feel that th¢ charity was successful in meeting its aims.
Th¢ trustees would like to record thelr appreciation for all the fjnancial support received trom
benefactors during the year.
Reserves Policy:
The trustees are satisfied that the balance of the unrestricted fund Rs at an acceptable level given the
nature of revenue receipts against grants payabl¢.
Responsibilities of the Trustees:
The trustees are responsible for preparing the trustees annual report and the financial ststements in
accordance with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (UKGAAP).

The trustees are responsible for preparing the Report of the TnLStees and the fmancial statements in
accordance with applicable law and Unit¢d Kingdom Geuernlly Accepted Accounting Practice.
The law applicable to charities in England and Wales, the Clwities Act 2011, and the provisions of the
tn]st deed requires the trustees to prepare financial statements for each financial year which giv¢ a
tru¢ and fair view of the stste of affairs of the cbarity and of the incoming resources and application of
resources, including the income and expenditUTe, of the chaTity for that year. In preparing those
financial statements, the tn￿eS are required to
select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistendy;
observe the niethods and prInc￿leS in the Charity SORP.

The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records vA]ich disclose with reasonable

ststemcnts comply with thc Charities Act 2011 and the provisions of the trust deed. They are also
responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the
prevention and detection of fraud and other iTregulaTities.
The trustccs are responsible for the maintenance and integrity of the COTporate and financial
infonnation included on the Charity Commission website. Legislation in the United Kingdom
governing the preparation and disse￿IDation of f]nancial statements may differ from legislation in
other jurlsdictions.
