We provlde a supportlve and adaptable work environment where people can thrlve, learn thelr strengths and grow in confldence. One of these staff members, who has Ilved experlence, has been golng into schoolslcollegeslunlversltles, givlng talks about his life with Autism to raise awareness and acceptance for those that are neurodlverse and promote Your Space to a wldei 8udlence. Our Outreach Team and Counselling Service have contlnued to see a demand for referrals to this seNice, We have contlnued to provlde parent drop-ins weekly in person and online as well as structured activities and various training and information sharing sessions.
