United Med Help is a charitable organisation established by a team of professional Doctors to help people in need of urgent and specialised medical help in areas of conflict and in underdeveloped countries. UMH first mission was to establish a mobile medical unit for the Syrian Refugees in December 2012 with the administrative help of a Turkish NGO IHH.

Objects: 1. The Relief Of Sickness And The Preservation Of Health Among People Worldwide And To Assist In The Treatment And Care Of Persons Suffering From Mental Or Physical Illness Of Any Description Or In Need Of Rehabilitation As A Result Of Such Illness And In Particular, But Without Prejudice To The Generality Of The Foregoing, To Provide A Rapid Response To Medical And Humanitarian Crises Worldwide. 2.The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty Worldwide By Providing Grants, Items And Services To Individuals In Need And/or Charities Or Other Organisations Working To Prevent Or Relieve Poverty.
