**Activities:** United Med Help is a charitable organisation established by a team of professional Doctors to help people in need of urgent and specialised medical help in areas of conflict and in underdeveloped countries. UMH  first mission was to establish a mobile medical unit for the Syrian Refugees in December 2012 with the administrative help of a Turkish NGO IHH.
