To Protect And Promote The Health Of The Public, In Particular By Research Into The Nature, Causes, Diagnosis, Prevention, Treatment And Cure Of All Forms Of Disease Caused By Or Partly By Inhalation Of Asbestos Fibres, Including The Development Of Research Findings Into Practical Applications For The Prevention, Treatment And Cure Of Such Diseases.2. To Promote And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of Sufferers Of Disease Caused By Or Partly By Inhalation Of Asbestos Fibres, And Their Relatives, Through The Provision Of Financial Assistance, Support, Education And Practical Advice.3. To Relieve Sickness And To Preserve The Health Of Sufferers Of Disease Caused By Or Partly By Inhalation Of Asbestos Fibres, By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Equipment, Facilities And Services Ancillary To Those Provided By The National Health Service.4.
