Group work, outreach, activities and one to one support to vulnerable children and young people living in an area of multiple deprivation; one to one support and programmes to young people at risk of sexual exploitation; on street and intensive ?routes out? support to women engaged in street sex work; outreach, daytime and intensive support services to rough sleepers, and other vulnerable adults.

Objects: The Following Charitable Objects Are Undertaken For The Public Benefit In Preston And North West England:- 1)to Advance In Life And Relieve Needs Of Young People Through:(a)the Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;(b)providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals. 2)to Promote Social Inclusion For The Public Benefit By Preventing People From Becoming Socially Excluded, Relieving The Needs Of Those People Who Are Socially Excluded And Assisting Them To Integrate Into Society. For The Purpose Of This Clause ‘socially Excluded’ Means Being Excluded From Society, Or Parts Of Society, As A Result Of One Of More Of The Following Factors: Unemployment; Financial Hardship; Youth Or Old Age; Ill Health (physical Or Mental); Substance Abuse Or Dependency Including Alcohol And Drugs; Discrimination On The Grounds Of Sex, Race, Disability, Ethnic Origin, Religion, Belief, Creed, Sexual Orientation Or Gender Re-Assignment; Poor Educational Or Skills Attainment; Relationship And Family Breakdown; Poor Housing (that Is Housing That Does Not Meet Basic Habitable Standards Including Those Who Are Homeless Or At Risk Of Becoming Homeless; Crime (either As A Victim Of Crime Or As An Offender Rehabilitating Into Society). 3)the Provision And Maintenance Of A Centre For The Use Of The Inhabitants Without Distinction Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, Including Use For:(a)meetings, Lectures And Classes,and(b)other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Inhabitants.
