Miss Kudzai Sylvia Sekeso Mr Wilfred Robert Sithole There is no chief excoutive officer and the day-to-day affairs of the charity are undertaken by Wilfred Robert Sithol¢ one of the twstees. All major decisions art taken collxtiv¢ly by the trustees and all of the trustees give of their time freely. Structure, Governan¢¢ and Management: Christ Followers International Church is govemed by a trust deed dated 0110112012. It was re8lStered as a charity on 1810712013 and the charity number is 1152956. Recruitment and appointment of new tru5t¢cs would be in line with the trust deed and with the consent of the Irustces. The ¢rit¢ria set for the suitable candidate would k som¢one who is sensitive to the needs and demand$ of the organisation. GrAnt Maklng Polity: The charity is funded by donations. The charity Currently does not give out grants. Aehlevements and Performan¢e: The charity received £68,584 during th¢ period, and expended £74,676. This generated a los$ of £6.092. There were no investments made during thc period. Financial Review: The trustees feel that the charity was successful in meeting its aims. The trustees would like to 0rd their appreciation for all the financial support received from benefactors during the period. Reserves Poll¢y: The tnlstces are satisfied that the balance of the unrestricted fund is ai an ac¢¢ptable level 8iven th¢ nature of revenue receipts against grants pay&bl¢. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this period under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. l am qualified to undertake th¢ examination by being a qualified member of ICAEW, Having satisfied myself that ihe Charity is not subject to audit under Chority law and is eli8ible for independ¢nt examination, it is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 A¢t' to follow thc procedures laid down in the general Dir¢¢tions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 201 l Act. and to slate whether particular matters have come to my att¢ntion.
