GrAnt Maklng Polity: The charity is funded by donations. The charity Currently does not give out grants. Aehlevements and Performan¢e: The charity received £68,584 during th¢ period, and expended £74,676. This generated a los$ of £6.092. There were no investments made during thc period. Financial Review: The trustees feel that the charity was successful in meeting its aims. The trustees would like to ￿0rd their appreciation for all the financial support received from benefactors during the period. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this period under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. l am qualified to undertake th¢ examination by being a qualified member of ICAEW, Having satisfied myself that ihe Charity is not subject to audit under Chority law and is eli8ible for independ¢nt examination, it is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 A¢t' to follow thc procedures laid down in the general Dir¢¢tions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the 201 l Act. and to slate whether particular matters have come to my att¢ntion.
