harity for the period ended 3111212023.

There is no chief excoutive officer and the day-to-day affairs of the charity are undertaken by Wilfred
Robert Sithol¢ one of the twstees.
All major decisions art taken collxtiv¢ly by the trustees and all of the trustees give of their time
freely.
Structure, Governan¢¢ and Management:
Christ Followers International Church is govemed by a trust deed dated 0110112012. It was re8lStered
as a charity on 1810712013 and the charity number is 1152956.
Recruitment and appointment of new tru5t¢cs would be in line with the trust deed and with the consent
of the Irustces. The ¢rit¢ria set for the suitable candidate would k som¢one who is sensitive to the
needs and demand$ of the organisation.

The trustees have assessed the risk3 to which the charity is exposed, in particular thos¢ ￿lated to the
operations and finances of the trust. and are satisfied those systems ate in pl4c¢ to mana8¢ this.

Public Benefit:
The trustees ¢onfim that they have referred to the guidance c4ntained in the Charity commission's
general guidance to public benefit and in particular to its supplementsry public benefit guidance on
advancing education when reviewing the ¢harily's aims and Obj￿Ilve8 and in planning future a¢tivities
and setting grant making policy.
GrAnt Maklng Polity:
The charity is funded by donations. The charity Currently does not give out grants.
Aehlevements and Performan¢e:
The charity received £68,584 during th¢ period, and expended £74,676. This generated a los$ of
£6.092.
There were no investments made during thc period.
Financial Review:
The trustees feel that the charity was successful in meeting its aims.
The trustees would like to ￿0rd their appreciation for all the financial support received from
benefactors during the period.
Reserves Poll¢y:
The tnlstces are satisfied that the balance of the unrestricted fund is ai an ac¢¢ptable level 8iven th¢

Responslblllties of the Trustees:
The trustees are responsible for preparing the Irusl¢¢s annual report and the financial statements in
accordan¢¢ with applicable law and United Kingdom Accounting Standards (UKGAAP).

Charity law requires the trustces to prepar¢ finan¢ial statements for each financial year or period which
give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the charity and of the incoming resour¢¢s and
application of resources, including the income and eXp￿ditUre for ihat period. In preparing these
rinancial staiements, the trustees arc required to:
Select suitable a¢counting policies and apply them consistently.
Observe the methods and principles of the charities SORP;
Make judgements and estimates that are reasonable and prudent;
State wh¢iher applicabl¢ UK accounting slandards have been followed, subject lo any material
disclosures disclosed and explained in the financial 5tatcments'
Prepare the financial stAtem¢nts on the going concern basis unl¢ss it is inappropriate to
presum¢ that the cllarity will continue in operation,
The trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records that dis¢losc with re8sonable
accuney. ai any time, the financial position of th¢ charity and enable them to ensure that the finan¢i#l
statements comply with the Charit1¢8 Act 201 l. The trustees are also responsible for safeguarding the
assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and dete¢tion of fraud
and other irrcgularilies.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the period ending 31 December 2023, which are sel out on
pages 7t0 11.
Respective responsibiliti￿ of trusttts And examiner
The trustees arc responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The trustees consider that an audit is
not required for this period under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an
independent examination is needed. l am qualified to undertake th¢ examination by being a qualified
member of ICAEW,
Having satisfied myself that ihe Charity is not subject to audit under Chority law and is eli8ible for
independ¢nt examination, it is my responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 A¢t'
to follow thc procedures laid down in the general Dir¢¢tions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the 201 l Act. and
to slate whether particular matters have come to my att¢ntion.
Basts of independent examiner's report
My examination was carried out in accordan¢c with the 8eneral Directions given by the Charity
Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
omparison of th¢ accounts presented with those r¢cords. It also includ¢s consideration of 8ny unusual
items or disclosures in the accounts, and sc¢king explanations from you as trustees concerning any
such matters. The procedures undertsken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an
audit and ¢onsequcnily no opinion is given as to wheth¢r the acwunts present a 'lrue and fair view, and
th¢ report is limited to those matters set out in the statem¢nt below.
