Plans for a major expAnsion to enable world-wide availability of the Library are ongoing and will b¢ outlined in more derail in the 2022-23 Annual Report One of the aims for Ihe library is to make liierature and research materials more accessible to members. The objective is lo provide wider reading (including previously publicly inaccessible materid) and generate revenue for the AssocilOn. FINANCIALREVIEW R¢seTVeS Pollcy The Trusiees consider that the Charity's reserves will enh8n¢¢ the services provided and provide financial security for the future. The reserves held in unrestricted fund4 which have not ten desig•1 or inves*d in fixed assets, 31.03.22 were £65,598. The reserves policy of the ¢h8rity is to endeavour to hold at le&st six months nmning costs in free unTeslricted reserves. The chariry closely monitors the level of reserves and enswes that these are maintained by the use of g(M)d management and financial controls.
