GOVERNANCE ANO MANAGEMENr The Elders Meetln8• consistirq of the elerted Elders and the Minister. oversees the spiritual Ilfe of the Church, and recommends to the Church Meeting arrangements for malntaining the buildings and looklng after finances. The Churth Meetlwd {of all members wishing to attend) gives Buidance on the life and work of the Church, and is its final decision-making body. Tt Mlnlster is called to the Church by its members and is in pastoral char8e of the Church. Elders are elerted by Church MeetiTra from among its members.
