Summary of the main
achievements of the charity,
identifying the difference the
charity’s work has made to
the circumstances of its
beneficiaries and any wider
benefits to society as a
whole.
Para 1.20 year anniversary, and over that time it
has continued to grow in popularity with
43 children currently on the role. On the
heels of its well-deserved Outstanding
OFSTED rating in 2023, the pre-school
receives a steady flow of enquiries with
morning sessions full and only a handful
of afternoon sessions available.
We are continually grateful for the
dedication and hard work of the team
who make the setting and safe,
educational and enjoyable place for the
children.
During the last financial year, we were
thrilled to receive a bespoke mud kitchen
made by an ex-parent which has now
been fully installed and is being enjoyed
by all the children. The pre school garden
and woods continued to be used to the
advantage of all the children. We are very
lucky to have such beautiful outside
facilities on the doorstep.
The pre-school supports children with
special educational needs and/or
disabilities (SEND) and engages with
other agencies where necessary in order
to facilitate the highest standards of early
years educational support. All staff are
committed to continuous professional
development in this area but we must
acknowledge the fantastic efforts our
SEND link for her hard work.
During the year we have welcomed some
new trustees and currently have two
more pending DBS checks.
