On the**<br>**heels of its well-deserved Outstanding**<br>**OFSTED rating in 2023, the pre-school**<br>**receives a steady flow of enquiries with**<br>**morning sessions full and only a handful**<br>**of afternoon sessions available.**<br>**We are continually grateful for the**<br>**dedication and hard work of the team**<br>**who make the setting and safe,**<br>**educational and enjoyable place for the**<br>**children.**<br>**During the last financial year, we were**<br>**thrilled to receive a bespoke mud kitchen**<br>**made by an ex-parent which has now**<br>**been fully installed and is being enjoyed**<br>**by all the children. The pre school garden**<br>**and woods continued to be used to the**<br>**advantage of all the children. We are very**<br>**lucky to have such beautiful outside**<br>**facilities on the doorstep.**<br>**The pre-school supports children with**<br>**special educational needs and/or**<br>**disabilities (SEND) and engages with**<br>**other agencies where necessary in order**<br>**to facilitate the highest standards of early**<br>**years educational support. All staff are**<br>**committed to continuous professional**<br>**development in this area but we must**<br>**acknowledge the fantastic efforts our**<br>**SEND link for her hard work.**<br>**During the year we have welcomed some**<br>**new trustees and currently have two**<br>**more pending DBS checks.**|

I report in respect of my examination of  the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
