It wa5 held at Shrewsbury Town Football Club and attended by 79 professionals, volunteers and members of the public. Ovr aim was to shore the experiences of care highlighted in our reports as well as to encourage conversations about End-of-Life and raise awarene55 of Ihe practical benefits that Advonce Core Plonning IACPI can have lor people, their fomilies ond the professionals working in this area of care. Prior to our event. we otlended Library engagement events across Shropshire to promole it. We went to the Wards to observe and speok to potients and visitors about these aspects of the service they were receiving.
