To advance the education of the pupils at St. Timothy's School, Nzara, Republic of South Sudan, and other schools in the Republic of South Sudan by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities, whatever the pupils background, status or finances.

For the public benefit to promote the education (including social and physical training) of people in the Republic of South Sudan whatever their background, status or finances, in such ways as the charity trustees think fit.

Timothy Foundation has continued to supFx)rt St. Timothy's Sch¢)ol and Diawo Schools in Nzara providing free education to more than 1000 disadvantsged chikdren from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds who woukl not otheTWi5e be able to go to school. In syte of the current unrest in Soulh Sudan the schools have managed to remain constantly open and are running well. the children are well behaved, follow the Ugandan curriculum and take standard Ugandan tests to monitor their achievement.
