Ail volunteers are required to have a DBS disclosure check to ensure that they are safe to work with children and young adults. These checks are also evaluated every three years in accordance with FA policy. The Football Association also has a Child Protection Policy in place that the dub is required to adhere to. The club provides equipment, training facilities and coaches in order to facilitate team participation for young people between the ages of 4 and 18 in the junior s&ction, as well as currently operating an open age womens team. Via the Wlldcats initiative, the club continues to encourage the participation of girfs in football with the hope of adding more teams next Season, particularly within the younger age groups. The committeellNstees keep in mind the Charity Commission guidance on public benefft when planning the club's activities during their meetings.
