ThetrusteeswhoarealsodirectorsofthecharityforthepurposesoftheCompaniesAct2006,presenttheir report
withthefinancialstatementsofthecharityfortheyearended31January2026.Thetrusteeshaveadopted the
provisionsofAccountingandReportingbyCharities:StatementofRecommendedPracticeapplicableto charities
preparingtheiraccountsinaccordancewiththeFinancialReportingStandardapplicableintheUKandRepublic of
Ireland (FRS 102) (effective 1 January 2015).

`OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES`

`Objectives and aims`

TheCharity'saimistoadvanceeducationamongstchildrenandyoungpeopleprimarilybutnotexclusivelyin Kenya,
whichitdoesbycomingalongsideexistingschoolsandequippingthemwithbuildings,educational materials,
knowledgeand funding,and by providingfundingand assistancewith travelarrangementsto allow childrento attend
existingschoolsintheircommunity.TheCharityalsoaimstoworktowardsalleviatingpovertyintheareasin which
such schools are based by assistingwith the paymentof school fees to allow underprivilegedchildrento attend school
and receive not only an education but also a daily hot meal and the support of respected adults in the community.

The Charity'sobjectivesare to increasefundinglevels in order to providefurtherfinancialsupportto the communities
itworksin,andtocontinuetoprovideknowledge,assistanceandopportunitiestothoselivingwithin such
communities.TheCharityanticipatesmeetingtheseaimsbyraisingawarenessoftheCharityinorderto attract
financialsupportersintheUnitedKingdom,andbycontinuingtodeveloptherelationshipinplacewiththose people
who run the community projects in conjunction with the Charity.

`Significant activities`

The 2025 period saw a strategic expansion of our physical and operational footprint. Key developments included:

-Infrastructure:WecompletedtheblockpavingoftheCommunityDevelopmentCentre(CDC)compound and
successfully funded the purchase of a new truck to assist with daily logistical work.

- Expansion:To accommodategrowing demand,we have securedthe hire of the adjacentland and building, providing
much-needed space for our expanding programmes.

- CommunityHealth& Welfare:OurcommitmenttothecommunitywasfurtheredthroughaMedicalCampand two
EyeClinics.Wecontinuetoprovideweeklyfoodhandouts,waterfilterservicing,anddedicatedsupportfor families
affected by HIV/AIDS

ThetrusteesconsiderthattheyhavecompliedwiththedutyregardingPublicBenefitasdetailedinsection4of the
Charities Act, having due regard to guidance published by the Charity Commission.

`ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE Charitable activities`

`The Community Development Centre (CDC)`

The CDC has evolved into a fundamental hub of daily activity. Regular programmes now include:

- Education & Youth: Holiday Homework Club, IT Club, and a Breakfast Club.

- Skills & Wellbeing: Table Tennis, soap-making workshops, and a dedicated Prayer Space.

-Community:WeeklyFellowshipmeetingsandourannualChristmasFoodcelebration,whichwas generously
sponsored by Top Cliff Lodge.

`Education and Sponsorship`

Wecurrentlysupportatotalof70childrenwithinoursponsorshipscheme.Weareproudtoreport significant
individual milestones:

- Higher Education: Marion continues to make excellent progress at University.

- Vocational Success: Joseph completed his Medical Training, and Patrick successfully finished his apprenticeship.

-AcademicGrowth:Hanningtonmaintainsanextremelyhighstandardofprogress,whileLucyand Mary-Anne
continue to advance in further education.

`Sustainability and Farming`

TheBoreholeprojectisnowfullyoperational,withtanksandpipeworkinplace,significantlyincreasing the
productivity of our land. Farm management has been professionalised through:

- The digitalization of production records.

- The implementation of a formal planting and fertiliser programme.

- A significant increase in rabbit production.

- The appointment of David as our new farm worker.

`Training and Leadership`

 We have invested heavily in the local team's professional development:

-Leadership: Evans has joined Kim on the Senior Leadership Team.

-CapacityBuilding:JoyceisclosetocompletingherCounsellingcourseandwehavepartneredwithother local
organisationstobringexpertiseintovariouselementsofourwork.OurpartnershipwithEmergingLeadersisa good
example of this.

`FINANCIAL REVIEW`

`Reserves policy`

The Charity continuesto provide a consistentmonthly budget to Doxa Internationalto cover communityrunning  costs,
food parcels, and staff wages.

- UK Operations:This year marked the successfulcompletionof Ben's first year as our first paid part-timestaff member
in the UK.

-FundraisingandAwareness:TheUKteamgave4presentationsandissued6newsupdates.InNovember, we
launched a new monthly Prayer Update to deepen our engagement with supporters.

`FUTURE PLANS`

Looking ahead to 2026, the Charity aims to:

- Finalise the Trust Deed to further strengthen our legal and operational framework.

- Continue regular "Link-ups" with the Kenyan team via Google Meet to ensure seamless collaboration.

- Further develop the newly hired land and buildings to expand our skills-training capacity.

`Governing document`

TheCharityiscontrolledbyitsgoverningdocument,itsarticlesofassociation,andconstitutesalimited company,
limited by guarantee, as defined by the Companies Act 2006.

`Recruitment and appointment of new trustees`

New trustees are appointedby the existing trustees and serve until required by the articles of association("Articles") to
retireandstandforreappointment.ThearticlesoftheCharityprovideforaminimumof3trustees.Trustees recruit
newtrusteesonthebasisoftheirexperience,theirempathytowardstheCharity'saimsandtheirwillingnessto act.
Trustees also consider the skills of potentialnew trustees and how those skills would benefit the Charity as a whole (for
example,a potentialnew trusteewho has previouslymanagedthe constructionof educationalfacilitiesabroad would
have valuable insight relevant to the Charity's aims).

TheinductionprocessfornewtrusteesinvolvesaninitialmeetingwiththeChairmanoftheboardwhoprovides the
new trusteewith relevantinformationregardingthe historyand backgroundpertainingto the Charityand its  projects,
followed by a separatemeeting with all trustees who are availableto answer any questionsthe new trustee may  have.
New trusteesare given as muchwritteninformationrelatingto the Charityas possible,including:(a) a briefhistory of
the Charity;(b) informationaboutthe Charity'scurrentproject(s);(c) copies of minutes of recent trustee meetings; (d)
a copy of the Articles;(e) copies of the Charity'sCommission'sguidancepapers "The EssentialTrustee: What You Need
toKnow,WhatYouNeedToDo"and"CharityTrustee:What'sInvolved";and(f)copiesofthepreviousyears' annual
reports and accounts.

`Organisational structure`

Trusteesmeetregularlyandatleast,asawholegroup,3timesayear.Attrusteemeetingsthetrustees agree
immediateandlong-termstrategyandconsidercurrentareasofactivity.Thisinvolvesconsiderationof current
fundinglevels,anticipateduseoffunds,recentandproposedfundraisingefforts,anyimmediateneedsraised in
connectionwiththeCharity'scurrentproject(s)andriskmanagementconcerns,policiesandprocedures. Trustees
makedecisionstogetheronamajoritybasis,butdodelegatethedaytodayadministrationoftheCharity'sfunds to
the Chairmanas andwhere neededgiven thatan immediateandpressingneed for fundscan ariseat anytime of day
or night(suchas for breakdownexpensesin relationto the vehiclemaintainedby "DoxaInternational".Where funds
are required at short notice, the Chairman informs all trustees in writing as soon as reasonablypracticable(ideally prior
to but sometimes after the transfer of such funds).

`Risk management`

The trusteeshave reviewedthe majorrisksto whichthe Charityis exposedandestablishedsystemsto manage them.
During this period, a comprehensive Risk Register was updated and produced.

AprimaryriskidentifiedistheCharity'shighlevelofrelianceonindividualdonations.Thetrusteesarenow actively
seekingtoaddressthisbyexploringwaystodiversifyincomestreamsandensurelong-termfinancial resilience.
Additionally,we haveformalisedourcommitmenttoourpartnerorganisationinKenyabydrawingupand launching
official contracts at the Senior Leadership level.

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of the Company for the year ended 31 January 2026.

`Responsibilities and basis of report`

As the charity'strusteesof the Company(andalsoits directorsfor the purposesof companylaw)youare responsible
for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act').

Having satisfied myself that the accountsof the Company are not required to be audited under Part 16 of the 2006 Act
andareeligibleforindependentexamination,Ireportinrespectofmyexaminationofyourcharity'saccounts as
carried out under Section 145 of the Charities Act 2011 ('the 2011 Act'). In carrying out my examinationI have  followed
the Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act.

`Independent examiner's statement`

Ihavecompletedmyexamination.Iconfirmthatnomattershavecometomyattentioninconnectionwith the
examination giving me cause to believe:

1. accounting records were not kept in respect of the Company as required by Section 386 of the 2006 Act; or

2. the accounts do not accord with those records; or

3. the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of Section 396 of the 2006 Act other than any requirement that the accounts give a true and fair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination; or

4. the accounts have not been prepared in accordance with the methods and principles of the Statement of Recommended Practice for accounting and reporting by charities (applicable to charities preparing their accounts in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland (FRS 102)).

`1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES`

`Basis of preparing the financial statements`

The financialstatementsof the charitablecompany,whichis a publicbenefitentityunderFRS 102,have been
prepared in accordancewith the Charities SORP (FRS 102) 'Accountingand Reportingby Charities:Statement of
RecommendedPracticeapplicabletocharitiespreparingtheiraccountsinaccordancewiththe Financial
ReportingStandardapplicablein the UK and Republicof Ireland(FRS 102) (effective1 January2019)', Financial
ReportingStandard102 'The FinancialReportingStandardapplicablein the UK and Republicof Ireland'and the
Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

ThecharityhasappliedUpdateBulletin1aspublishedon2February2016anddoesnotincludeacash flow
statement on the grounds that it is applying FRS 102 Section 1A.

The presentational currency of these financial statements is pounds sterling (£), rounded to whole pounds.

`Going concern`

Unrestricted funds can be used in accordance with the charitable objectives at the discretion of the trustees.

Restrictedfundscanonlybeusedforparticularrestrictedpurposeswithintheobjectsofthe charity.
Restrictions arise when specified by the donor or when funds are raised for particular restricted purposes.

`Foreign currencies`

Assetsandliabilitiesinforeigncurrenciesaretranslatedintosterlingattheratesofexchangerulingat the
