Carramea provides office and meeting facilities for the voluntary sector delivering charitable services in Harrow and provides I.T. training for the public.

Objects: 1 To Advance The Education Of The Public In Harrow By Providing A Range Of Training Courses; And2 To Promote The Voluntary Sector For The Benefit Of The Public In Harrow By:a) The Provision And Maintenance Of A Resource Centre To Be Used By The Voluntary Sector, Including The Provision Of Office, IT And Meeting Facilities; Andb) Facilitating Partnership And Co-Operation In The Voluntary Sector.with A View To Promoting Social Cohesion Amongst The Public In Harrow.· "Voluntary Sector" Is Defined As "Charities And Voluntary Organisations".· Charities Are Organisations, Which Are Established For Exclusively Charitable Purposes In Accordance With The Law Of England And Wales.· Voluntary Organisations Are Independent Organisations Which Are Established For Purposes That Add Value To The Community As A Whole, Or A Significant Section Of The Community, And Which Are Not Permitted By Their Constitution To Make A Profit For Private Distribution.
