At the end of the ￿porting year there were 11 Trustees. We have Stewards who ensure that services run Sm￿1hty and Elders who prov¥de pastoral support ts the Church members and those wrth a conneuion to the Churth. Tlwe are 80 Church members, afthough many more people fr￿n the kKal c(xnmunty att￿￿1 wr services and use our fac41rties. The Constitution of Trinrty Church was on 1•t Marth 2012 Trinty Church, Abingdon achieved dwitable status aThJ was enter￿1 ￿t0 ￿ Register of CharitEs with the Registered Charity Number 1148634 on 17th August 2012. Mission Statement The Mission Statement of Trinty Church states that we aim lo serve God, serve the communty and sfft each otherf. Meebngs Over the last year thwe were 8 Trustees ￿ing$ and 4 Churth Meetings HKluding the Annual General Meeling. During autumn 2023. the Tnjstees were kept infomied about the statsoning process. In November, Rev Georgina kndzl-slmps￿ visited Trinty and All Saints churches in Abingdon and subsequently yted ts invrtation to F)in the Wantage and Abingdon Circurt subJe(# to the approval of the MetlNJlist conferen￿ in July. Worship Church services are each Sunday MOMIn￿ commencing at 10:30am. Average attendan￿ at weekly Church servKX was 51 with numbers rangirvj from 32 to 116. A number of members are unable to altWKI on a wular tBsis due to health and mobility issues. A ilthing Together Group ￿th members from Trinty Churth aThJ All Saints Church has been estsblished to foster doser co11al￿tiOn behveen the tti chur￿￿ as we share a minister and a deac￿. There were several Joint sefvices All Sa"nts Chufth during the year, at Trinty and at All Saints. The Harvest Festival was hekl on 24th September 2023 with food gifts going to Abingdon Foodbank and cash donations to Asylum Vklwne. The Church celebraled rts anniversary on Sunday 26th November. A CIV￿ Servic£ was held on Surmaay 10° Decynber at which ts Mayof vas pre￿t. this was by Deacon Selina Nisbett. the Mayorfs d￿plain. The annual Chrisknas Grft Service was held on 3rd December and an aftemcK)n Carol SerNryce on 1Tr t)ecember. Thwe was an afteM(￿ Christingle servi￿ on 24th December led by Deacon Selina Nisbett with (kniations to Action for child￿n, and donations at the Christmas momww Sery1￿ led by Rev lan Griffiths were for Crisis Skylight Oxf￿d. At Ea￿er, the Maundy Thursday Even¥KJ servKx was shared at Abirydon Baptist Chufch. Dea￿n Sdina Nisbett led the Go(xJ Friday moming servKx at Trinty. which was a joint seNie2 With All saints Church. Our Easter morning service at Trinty was I￿1 by Revd. John Anderson. Public Benefft The churth arKI Conduit Centre premises are regularfy used by local (Kganisations and individuals for a wide range of events and activiljes. Trinity Leaming was originally set up as a Church proied but was so successful that in 2019 it was estsblished as a separate Charitable IncorFwaied Organisation (Registered Chanty No 1182742) with a separate Board of Trustees.
