REPORT OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE TO THE MEMBERS OF BALHAM AND TOOTING COMMUNITY AND SPORTS CLUB LTD The management committee who are also directors of the charity for the purposes of the Companies Act 2006, present their report with the financial slalements of the charity for the year ended 31st July 2023. Statu8 The community and sports club is a registered charity wrth a limited by guarantee status. The management committee confirm that the provisions of the charity's governing document have been Complied with throughout the year. The company was formed to take over the assets and activities of the existing 8alham and Tooling Sports and Social club. Prlnclpal Activities The principal activities are the provision of opportunities for recreation, social intercourses and refreshment of ils members together with the provi5i0n and maintenance of a Club House. Flnancial Positlon Details of the club's trading activities and financial position for the year under review are shown on pages 4 to 9. Management Committge Responsibilities For The Flnancial Statements The law requires us the management comrnitlee to prepare the financial slalements for each year which gives a true and fair view of the stale of affairs of the club and of ils profil and loss for Ihal period. In preparing the financial statements we are required to,.
