The circult meeting is supported by regular me8tings of the Circuit Leadership Team {CLT) lo conduct day-to-day business and considers matters lo be brought to tha circult meeting. The CLT consists of all Ordained Minlsters, Lay Workers, and the Circuit Stewards. The Local Preachers meeting is held quarterly lo consider the worshlp lifè of the church and consists of all ordained mlnlslers, local preachers, and worship leaders. Th8 Clrcuil Meeting may also set up other groups and committees to deal with speclflc tasks that may arise. The trustees confirm that they have referred to thè guidance contalned in the Charlty Commissions general guldan¢e on publlc benefit when revi&wlng the Charity's aims and objectives. Aehlevemenls and perforn)anco and futuro All church8s have returnèd to nonnal live 5eTvices although some are contlnuing to provlde online services. Unfortunately we were unable to secure an Acllve Supernumerary Minister, part-time to replace Rev Frances Balham in September 2024. Inl8rim plans have had to be put in place lo cover 2024125. Some churches are still stwggling with personnel to do jobs and finance. Two churches are of Concern but steps are being taken to strengthen their position. One church look the decision lo cease lo be a Methodist Church in May 2024 due to low mèmbership. They sold their building a number of years ago and still meet together to worship locally.

The Wootton Bridge manse Is now back on the market after a sale falling through. The other clrcull manses are all well malnlalned. Includlng hvo manses that are let- Ryde and Bèmbrldge. Most church premlses are well malnlalned and used provldlng a wlde range of worship and activlti88 In thelr respective communI&s. sla1 and community actlvllles have been undertaken wlth othér charltles and churches and group of churches working together through the 88gis of local Churches Together Groups. Much of Ihis work has returned followlng lockdown. The clrcult continues to beneth't from thè work of the I¢Jc81 preachers and th088 In training. Surplus accommodallon Is lenanled to generate Incom8 for inveslmenl In th8 manse portfolio. The activitiès are funded by assessments on the churches in the Circuit which are reviewed annually. In selling Its budget for the year the Circult Meetlng conslders the prolecled impact of changes in staffing levels. The currenl18vel of general reserves is £63,254 and propety fund ar& £18,992 glving the Circuit adequate funds or mèel commitments over the coming year.
