Our vision is that all children and young people reach their full potential. rai¥)
In 2022 we revisited our values and considered how we role-model them in our professional and personal lives. We are totally committed to living by our values. Our Values 1 . We will work cooperatively with young people, parents, partners and funders to develop and deliver services 2. We will work with honesty and integrrty 3. Our ServIS are inclusive, safe and supportive 4. We will treat everyone with dignity and respect Our Outcomes We also considered the outcomes we are hoping to achieve through our work. In 2023 we would like to see young people setting their own personal outcomes, rather than us measuring them against predetermined outcomes. However, we remain committed to: Reducing social isolation Increasing a sense of belonging Increasing confidence Growing self esteem Improving resilience Improving health and wellbeing Developing new skills Giving a voice and influence Keeping children safe from harm iyriidlsab orsclfnt ¢OMMITfED
