| Summary of the objects of the charity | The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of inhabitants of North Tyneside and surrounding areas, by the provision of the facilities for theplayingof football. |
| Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects |
The club provided facilities to allow over 250 young people from the local community to enjoy football in a well supervised and trained environment. We developed further our links with Norham High School and enhanced further our pitch environment. Support was given to the school to assist with increased fencing of the site. This improved the safety of the playing facilities for all players and supporters |
| Additional objectives and activities | A great contribution is made by coaches and volunteers. We are grateful for the huge commitment that is made by all within the club, time isgiven freelyfor the benefit of others. |
| Future Plans | .We continue to invest in facilities and equipment and in 24/25 we purchased additional goals for the site and we will continue to improve access as well. |

| Policy on reserves | We hold cash at bank of £39,733 all of which is unrestricted funds. These funds are held in order to meet any planned and unforeseen expenditure that may occur and to allow for the development of the club. |

| Financial review details | Our main sources of funds this year have been subscriptions of £71,307 Sponsorship from local companies is a major source for the year was £3,061. All income is applied to the provision of playing football for our teams. Income is controlled and the support of volunteers ensures that the maximum amountpossible is used to meet our objects. |

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 05 / 2023 .
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
