|Summary of the objects of the charity|The promotion of community participation in<br>healthy recreation for the benefit of inhabitants of<br>North Tyneside and surrounding areas, by the<br>provision of the facilities for theplayingof football.|
|Summary of the main activities undertaken for<br>the public benefit in relation to these objects|The club provided facilities to allow over 250 young<br>people from the local community to enjoy football<br>in a well supervised and trained environment.<br>We developed further our links with Norham High<br>School and enhanced further our pitch<br>environment. Support was given to the school to<br>assist with increased fencing of the site. This<br>improved the safety of the playing facilities for all<br>players and supporters|
|Additional objectives and activities|A great contribution is made by coaches and<br>volunteers. We are grateful for the huge<br>commitment that is made by all within the club,<br>time isgiven freelyfor the benefit of others.|
|Future Plans|.We continue to invest in facilities and equipment<br>and in 24/25 we purchased additional goals for the<br>site and we will continue to improve access as well.|

|Policy on reserves|We hold cash at bank of £39,733 all of which is<br>unrestricted funds. These funds are held in order to<br>meet any planned and unforeseen expenditure that<br>may occur and to allow for the development of the<br>club.|

|Financial review details|Our main sources of funds this year have been<br>subscriptions of £71,307<br>Sponsorship from local companies is a major source<br>for the year was £3,061.<br>All income is applied to the provision of playing<br>football for our teams. Income is controlled and the<br>support of volunteers ensures that the maximum<br>amountpossible is used to meet our objects.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 **/ 05 / 2023** . 

- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
