| Summary of the objects of the charity | The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the beneft of inhabitants of North Tyneside and surrounding areas, by the provision of the facilitiesfor the playing of football. |

The club provided facilities to allow over 200 young people from the local community to enjoy football in a well supervised andtrained environment. |
| Additional objectives and activities | A great contribution is made by coaches and volunteers. We are grateful for the huge commitment that is made by all within the club, time is given freely for the beneftofothers. |
| Future Plans | We had a simple aim for 2021/22 which was to get ‘back on track’ after we started to come through the pandemic. This was achieved, and 22/23 looks like it will be completed as a full season without interruptions. This will allow us to develop further our links with Norham High School and enhance further our pitch environment. |

| Policy on reserves | We hold cash at bank of £23,154 (£22,298) all of which is unrestricted funds. These funds are held in order to meet any planned and unforeseen expenditure that may occur and to allow for the developmentof the club. |
| Financial review details | Our main sources of funds this year have been subscriptions of £46,428 ( £36,329) This has been supplemented by Fund Raising of £1,435 (£40) Sponsorship from local companies is a major source for the year was £2,505( £2,582) All income is applied to the provision of playing football for our teams. Income is controlled and the support of volunteers ensures that the maximum amount possibleis usedtomeetourobjects. |

Responsibilities and basis of report
I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 05 / 2023 .
As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
