|Additional objectives and activities|A great contribution is made by coaches<br>and volunteers. We are grateful for the<br>huge commitment that is made by all<br>within the club, time is given freely for the<br>beneftofothers.|
|Future Plans|We had a simple aim for 2021/22 which<br>was to get ‘back on track’ after we started<br>to come through the pandemic.<br>This was achieved, and 22/23 looks like it<br>will be completed as a full season without<br>interruptions. This will allow us to develop<br>further our links with Norham High School<br>and enhance further our pitch<br>environment.|

|Policy on reserves|We hold cash at bank of £23,154<br>(£22,298) all of which is unrestricted<br>funds. These funds are held in order to<br>meet any planned and unforeseen<br>expenditure that may occur and to allow<br>for the developmentof the club.|
|Financial review details|Our main sources of funds this year have<br>been subscriptions of £46,428 ( £36,329)<br>This has been supplemented by Fund<br>Raising of £1,435 (£40)<br>Sponsorship from local companies is a<br>major source for the year was<br>£2,505( £2,582)<br>All income is applied to the provision of<br>playing football for our teams. Income is<br>controlled and the support of volunteers<br>ensures that the maximum amount<br>possibleis usedtomeetourobjects.|

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 **/ 05 / 2023** . 

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
