The charity operates the Great barn. This structure is the 3rd largest medieval barn in Europe. It's structure is largely intact. ThecCharity have installed a 175 seat theatre inside the barn and have renovated the barn in order to hold wedding ceremonies and receptions there. It is used also as an educational facility as well as hosting the annual Titchfield Shakespeare Festival
