l. Provide financial contributions for the charity "India Village Care Ministries" in India. 2. To support pastors working for IVCM India and the communities where they minister. 3. To help equip churches associated with IVCM India. 4. Support workers who work to fulfil the aims of IVCM. 5. Maintain accountability for the grants given to IVCM in India by informing the Indian organiser what the money was raised for and requiring he reports back on a regular basis how money was spent. 6. Encourage and support the leaders of the Indian charity by use of regular communications plus meeting with the directors and trustees in India face to face on the ground as regularly as possible. 7. Advance God's kingdom amongst tndia's young people by teaching kingdom trnths of obedience, reverence. discipline. self-respect and all that tends towards Christ likeness. 8. To encourage, teach and train Indian women and treat them as equals. 9. Establish new churches in Indi& particularly in remote villages. 10. Support independent Indian church pastors, giving them teaching and encouragement. To enable them to get together . interniittently so that they can share ideas and give each other supporL I l. Care for those in India who do not otherwise have family support such as widows and orphans. 12. Build and support orphanages in India for the welfare of orphanslsemi orphan chIldn plus abandoned. neglected and homeless poor children who have no other means of welfa and support. 13. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the maln achlevements of the ¢harlty during the year IVCM continued lo receive financial support during 2023-24 to enable il to support Ihose in need in India during the year. Sponsors have been encouraged and kept informed of all that their financial support has achieved. IVCM has continued lo claim gift aid lax back on donations as far as possible thereby increasing the value of linancial support sent out lo India during the year. Much needed food parcels have been distributed lo those still in great need in India especially in light of Ihe increased cost of living. Family welfare, education assistance. medical assistance and women's empowerment programs have increased. Also aid lo the blind. The free women's tailoring training has been a blessing lo many widows and poor women this year. Supporters have been generous in funding more new sewing machines for those ladies who have completed their training. We have been able lo give out 18 more new machines this year. A tree planting program has been implemented lo the practical benefit of Ihoso under IVCM'S care which will bring both food and shade in the future. IVCM'S safeguarding policy was reviewed and presented afresh lo the pastors in India as some were new to IVCM and others importanlly reminded. The new building continues lo very useful and bring much blessing lo IVCM enabling il lo function more efficiently lo achieve ils aims and goals.
