INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT TO THE TRU5TEE5 OF KINGS LYNN BAPTIST CHURCH I report to the charity trustee5 on my examination of the accounts of Kings Lynn Baptist Church Ithe Church) for the year ended 31st December 2025. Responsibilities and Basis of Report As the church trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 20111'the Act,.) The trustees also consider that an audit is not required under section 144 and that ali independent examination is needed. I report in respect of my examination of the Church's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act. In carrying out my examination, I have followed all applicable direction5 given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act, alongside specific denorninational guidance issued by the Baptist Union of Great 8ritain. Basis of Independent Examiner's Statement An examination includes a review of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an 3udit, and consequently no opinion is given as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair view. and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.
