Para 1.20 | The cricket club has been established for over 60 years with a junior cricket section since the 1970’s participating in the SWLCL with teams playing in the under 9s 10s 11’s, 12’s 14’s and 16’s leagues plus 5 senior teams playing in the South Wales leagues. We provide a facility within the community where children, young people plus all age groups can participate in sporting activities in a fun, stimulating and safe environment, that creates a successful cricket club providing high quality cricket opportunities, cricket development experiences and enjoyment of associated activities for all within the local community who desire this, irrespective of |

Financial Review
| Review of the charity’s financial position at the end of the period |
Para 1.21 | The charity is in a strong financial position at year end with a minimal deficit for the year of £14.04 leaving reserves of £11,266.36. Expenditure increased significantly during this year with a large portion of this invested in upgrading the club’s facilities including a major project to relevel the cricket square. This increased expenditure was funded through increased sponsorship and grant funding. |
