The Trust consists of the Chair, two Trustees and the Trust Secretary.

Finance
The total sum the of bursaries awarded from September 2021 to August 2022 was £24,605.00, giving support to one Sixth Form student and a Y9 pupil, all pupils are on 50% bursaries. In addition to the regular bursaries we awarded a Y13 pupil a 50% one-off hardship payment towards his fees. Total donations received £24717.08, £645.86 in Share dividends .
Future plans
Radnor House School is moving to a larger site in 2024, depending on planning permission, so the Trust plans to keep things as they are, offering bursaries to Sixth Form pupils.

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried otjt under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I have followed all Ihe applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b} of the Act. Independent The charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of England & Wales (ICAEW). I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me rAuse to believe that in, any matefial respect.. the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act., or the accounts did not accord with the accounting records,. or the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements oncerning the form and Content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a 'true and fair, view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
