Abigail Amey Chair September 2016 - to date Aatif Hassan Trustee December 2019 - to date Fiona Innes Trustee November 2020 - to date Claire Wood Secretary to the Trust November 2014 - to date ## **Finance** The total sum the of bursaries awarded from September 2021 to August 2022 was **£24,605.00,** giving support to one Sixth Form student and a Y9 pupil, all pupils are on 50% bursaries. I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried otjt under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I have followed all Ihe applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b} of the Act. Independent The charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 and l am qualified to examiner's statement undertake the examination by being a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of England & Wales (ICAEW). I have completed my examination.
