The charity's members consider that an audit is not required for this year under sectlDn 144 of the Charities Act 20111"the Charities Act") and that an independent examination is needed. It is our responsibility to: examine the account5 under Section 145 of the Charities Act, to follow the procedure5 laid down in the 8eneral Direction5 given by the Charity Commission (under section 14515llbl of the Charlties Act. and to State whether particular matters have come to my attentlon. An examination includes a review of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. Notes to the financial statements
1. Employee numbers
The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2022: Nil).
For the year ending 30 November 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Members responsiblities:

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476.

The members responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
