We report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 30th November 2023 which are set out
on pages 2 to 6.

The charity's members are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's members
consider that an audit is not required for this year under sectlDn 144 of the Charities Act 20111"the
Charities Act") and that an independent examination is needed.
It is our responsibility to:
examine the account5 under Section 145 of the Charities Act,
to follow the procedure5 laid down in the 8eneral Direction5 given by the Charity Commission
(under section 14515llbl of the Charlties Act. and
to State whether particular matters have come to my attentlon.

Our examination was carried out in accordance with general Directions given by the Charity
Commi55i0n. An examination includes a review of the accounting record5 kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of anv
unusual items or disclosures in the account5, and seeking explanations from the members
concernin8 any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that
would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinlon is given as to whether the accounts
present a 'true and fair, view and the report 15 limited to those matters set out in the Statement
below.

In connection with our examination. no matter has come to our attention
l. which gives us reasonable cause to believe that in, any material respect. the requirements:
to keep accounting records in accordance with settion 130 of the Charities Act,. and

2. to which, in our opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of
the accounts to be reached.

## **Notes to the financial statements** 

## **1. Employee numbers** 

The average number of persons employed by the company during the year amounted to Nil (2022: Nil). 

For the year ending 30 November 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies. 

## Members responsiblities: 

- The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476. 

- The members responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. 

The financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions and have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. 

The financial statements were approved by the board of members and authorised for issue on 15th July 2024 and are signed on behalf of the board by:
