The departure of our Founder and Executivc Director creaied a space to renecl and streamline our internal operalions for 8realcr impact and resilience. We are restructuring our team and introducing cost-saving measures, including moving from a pernianent office to a co-working space. We have begun working with a frtelance fundraising consultant to diversify our income and build a more sustainable funding base. New partnerships are in developmeni. including collaborations within ihe music industry, local councils, and Sussex Police around nighttime safely for people wilh learning disabilities. We artticipate al least one new Gig Buddie5 location launching in 2025-26 and are exploring ways the wider network can pool resour¢¢s and shar¢ best practice. We are also exploring how Al and digital ￿OIS can enhance and streamline our work.
