IMO undertakes a range of activities which are designed to enhance the capabilities of young people and their life chances, along with services to help improve the quality of life of adults in the community. These include positive mentoring through sports and recreation; health awareness; community safety; employability; self-esteem; responsible citizenship and cohesion; education and training.
Objects: The Charity Will Act As A Resource To Support Young People, Women, Families And Other Sections Of The Community By Providing Advice And Assistance And Organising Programmes Of Physical, Educational Well-Being And Other Activities As A Means Of:a. Advancing In Life And Helping People By Developing Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Independent, Mature And Responsibly Individuals.b. Advancing Education;c. Relieving Employment;d. Providing Recreational And Leisure Time Activity In The Interests Of Social Welfare For People Living In The Area Of Benefit Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons.e.
