Summary ofthe main achievements ofthe charity during the year	During 2020/21 the Charity spent F95,227.80demonstrated through the independently examined accounts, and expenditure examples for the year 1.11.20 - 31.10.21were as follows:
	~Nursin Care —f55.5K:
	Expenditure ranged from 24 hour respite care to emergency carer cover
	for elderly people suffering from Dementia & Alzheimer's enabling the
	recipients to remain in their own homes rather than the trauma ofhospital
	admission.
	~Ke sares/Aia s-ft55:
	The Charity funded the installation/supply ofkey safes/alarms to enable
	immediate access for registered carers &to help keep the vulnerable
	recipients safe.
	Care Home Fees —83.1K:
	The Charity was able to provide 24 hour respite care, in a place oftheir
	choice, for local people, including Dementia and Palliative care forthose
	suffering from cancer.

	The Charity paid for the following items for patients to use in their homes:
	3x kitchen trolleys, an Easy lift overbed table, a swivel bath seat and		an
	electric Recliner chair.

	This cost represented the final 3months telephone rental in the self-
	contained flat located at the local Orwell Housing sheltered
	accommodation site in Reydon.
