The Charity has been established to provide a Community Centre at Thistle Hill on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent.The building has been provided under a planning agreement with the estate developers and is leased from Swale Borough Council.The building is now open and in use by local organisations and the public.

Objects: To Further Or Benifit The Residents Of The Isle Of Sheppey And The Neighbourhood, Without The Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation, Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.
